We work on a monthly retainer, giving you consistent access to a dedicated web team. Work is prioritised and delivered continuously, rather than tied to a fixed number of tasks each month.
This is not a fixed list of deliverables. It is ongoing responsibility for your website, with clear monthly time allocations so expectations stay simple.

At the start of each month, we pull together all outstanding tasks and requests. We estimate hours for each one and share that with you via your project board.
You review the estimates, approve the work and set priorities. We then get on with it.
If something looks like it will push past the monthly allocation, we flag it before we start, not after. You decide whether to prioritise it, roll it to the next month, or scope it as additional work.
Most work sits comfortably within the monthly retainer. Where something falls outside, we scope and price it separately at £90 per hour, so you always know what you are agreeing to before any work begins.
