We meet at least once a month. On that call we review how the site is performing and agree what needs doing next, working from our reporting, a brief from you, or both.
Tasks are estimated and loaded into your dedicated portal. You review the estimates, approve the work and set priorities, and work proceeds in that order. Between calls you can add ad-hoc tasks in the same place.
If something looks like it will push past the monthly allocation, we flag it before we start, not after. You decide whether to prioritise it, roll it to the next month, or scope it as additional work.
Most work sits comfortably within the monthly retainer. Where something falls outside, we scope and price it separately at £90 per hour, so you always know what you are agreeing to before any work begins.
